It's not the recipes that reach out and haul me in (well maybe some) and I've tried so many health plans now, I could write a primer.
No, what grabs me are the flash fiction stories. There's usually a romance in every issue, along with a solve-it mystery. The romances are short and sweet, with heroines from teen-age to mature. They give hope to those of us past the first blush of youth. These heroines don't meet their soul-mates on luxury liners or in first class compartments on international flights. No-they meet Mr. Right in a library or park, a grocery store or better still, as escort to a moving van that pulls in right next door.
It is with this in mind that I put together a selection of short happy ending flash romances. Since they numbered thirteen, I called the collection a Baker's Dozen.
It's just been released and if you're like me and can't get enough HEA in short form, check out the new release on Amazon here.
